At GlowYourTone, we take care to ensure every order arrives in good condition, and we hope you enjoy your tones. You have the right to request a return within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Due to the nature of our products, opened or used items cannot be returned.
If something isn’t quite right with your order, we’re here to help. Please contact us within the 14-day period at info@glowyourtone.com, including clear photos if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. We will review your request and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or refund.
We aim to keep the process fair and straightforward. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is confirmed to be damaged or incorrect. Items that have been used, opened, or altered after delivery are not eligible for return.
Once your request has been reviewed and approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method based on the amount paid at checkout. We reserve the right to refuse returns or refunds that do not meet these conditions.
